Whether you want to lose weight or build muscle, at HiTone, your fitness journey becomes easier. From a 24/7 gym to wellness equipment to help you relax and rejuvenate to dynamic group programs, everything is available to help you reach your fitness goals. And the best part, you’ll be surrounded by a supportive community to keep you motivated as well as experienced coaches to help you create a plan that works best for you!

Finding the right balance between pushing yourself and not overdoing it can be challenging. Not working out enough can make you feel sluggish and unmotivated while over-exercising can lead to injuries, exhaustion, and burnout. So it’s important to find the sweet spot that works for you.

Usually, the best approach is to aim for at least 3-4 days of exercise per week. This could be a mix of strength training at our gym or different group programs in our FormLab; just make sure to give your body time to rest and recover in between workouts, as this is just as important as the exercise itself. Don’t forget to explore the benefits of our Recovery lab, as it can help you relax and recover more quickly.

Often new clients ask us about how long they should work out. Instead of focusing on the workout duration, instead focus on the quality of workouts. You can have a short, intense workout and see amazing results, or you can spend hours at the gym and not make any progress.

This is why we offer new clients Initial Fitness Assessment, where you can ask our experienced personal trainer any questions you have to create a workout routine that will work for them and their goals.

When you’re working out, you want to be comfortable. So you don’t want to wear something that’s too tight or loose, or that doesn’t breathe well, because that could distract from your workout.

Whether you choose a cotton shirt or athletic wear, remember to bring a towel, clean sneakers, and your favorite water bottle.

When our members see that we are open 24/7, this is usually the next question we get. The good news is that morning and evening workouts both have their benefits, so you will make a good decision whichever you choose. If you’re a morning person and can wake up early to work out, go for it! If you prefer to unwind with a workout at the end of the day, that’s great too. The important thing is that you find a time that works for you and sticks to it consistently.

Each one of our memberships is created to fit your needs and goals. If you prefer to work out on your own when and for how long you want it, then the Essential membership might be your perfect choice. Most of our members prefer Reach Higher membership for the opportunity to enjoy the Recovery Lab. If you want to relax and rejuvenate after an intensive workout, then Reach Higher membership is for you. If you want to explore the benefits of group programs, then choose our Formlab membership, as it allows you to get the most out of your workouts: 24/7 gym to exercise when you want, group workouts when you want to enjoy group energy and dynamic workouts created by our experienced coaches plus pamper yourself in the Recovery Lab.
