Meet Renee Sharify, a dedicated Personal Trainer at HiTone Fitness in Concord, who combines her personal experience and professional passion to help others discover the life-changing benefits of exercise. “I saw and experienced the benefits of exercise in both my personal and professional life,” Renee shares. That realization inspired her to help others improve their health, confidence, and overall well-being through fitness. What Renee loves most about her job is motivating clients to reach their goals, no matter what those goals may be. “Whether it’s weight loss, training for an event, getting stronger, improving balance, or simply feeling better overall, I love being part of that journey,” she explains. Watching members make progress and grow in confidence is what drives her every day. Fitness has made a lasting impact on Renee’s own life, helping her find balance and clarity in her daily routine. “Daily workouts helped me mentally prepare for and unwind from my days at a sedentary desk job,” she reflects. Renee understands that many new members struggle with knowing what to do or fear getting hurt when starting out. To help, she focuses on building confidence through gradual progress and open communication. “I help members set realistic short-term goals and start off slow so their bodies can adapt to new physical and mental challenges,” she says. “Open communication and listening are key to building trust and success in a trainer-client relationship.” With her patient approach, personalized guidance, and genuine care, Renee helps every member at HiTone Fitness feel supported, informed, and empowered to achieve their goals safely and confidently.

McKenna Furr
Meet McKenna Furr, a passionate Personal Trainer at HiTone Fitness in Concord, whose own fitness journey began during a challenging time in her life. “I was going through a difficult period, and one day I decided to go to the gym,” McKenna shares. “I immediately loved how it made me feel. I stayed consistent, and over time I saw my body change, progress, and become stronger.” What started as a personal escape quickly turned into a source of empowerment and a lifelong passion. For McKenna, the most rewarding part of her job is watching the progression of her clients. She takes pride in helping people realize that progress is built one step, one rep, and one day at a time. Fitness has had a powerful impact on McKenna’s life, helping her overcome mental challenges and find peace through movement. “Fitness pulled me out of a mental rut and gave me an escape,” she reflects. “It became my space to focus, grow, and feel strong both mentally and physically.” She understands that many new members struggle with confidence and anxiety when starting their fitness journeys. To help, McKenna focuses on education, patience, and encouragement. “Everyone starts somewhere, and learning is a natural part of the process,” she says. “As you gain more insight into movements and exercises, you begin to feel more confident and less anxious. The most important part is showing up.” Through her empathetic approach and commitment to helping others grow, McKenna creates an environment at HiTone Fitness where members feel supported, empowered, and proud of their progress every step of the way.

Tristam Damion
Meet Tristam Damion Bost, a Club Ambassador and Trainer at HiTone Fitness in Concord, whose athletic background sparked a deeper interest in fitness, recovery, and long-term physical well-being. As a former athlete, Tristam was driven to expand his knowledge of training and recovery methods to better care for his own body, and now, to help others do the same. What Tristam loves most about his role is watching members develop consistency and confidence in their routines. “Seeing people stay consistent and achieve their goals along the way is the most rewarding part of my job,” he shares. Fitness has been a transformative journey for Tristam on a personal level. After once feeling dissatisfied with how he looked and felt physically, he committed to improving his health and confidence through consistent training. “Over time, I started feeling healthier and more comfortable in my own body,” he reflects. He understands that many members struggle with a lack of education around building effective workout and nutrition plans. To help overcome this, Tristam takes a methodical and personalized approach. First identifying each member’s challenges, setting a realistic timeframe, and then creating a plan tailored to improve the areas they want to change most. Through structure, encouragement, and individualized coaching, Tristam helps members gain clarity, confidence, and lasting results on their fitness journey.

Meet Rubisel Sanchez, the Club Director at HiTone Fitness in Concord, whose journey into the fitness world began on the soccer field. After finishing his final season as a competitive soccer athlete, Rubisel found himself drawn to the gym. He quickly fell in love with fitness and the impact it had on his life. “Fitness truly changed my life,” Rubisel shares. “Now I want to help others feel that same confidence and belief in themselves.” What Rubisel loves most about his role is the opportunity to engage with a strong, supportive community that is constantly growing and striving to improve. “Being surrounded by people who want to better themselves every day is incredibly motivating,” he explains. He understands that many new members feel overwhelmed when stepping into a gym for the first time, especially if environments feel crowded, unclean, or unwelcoming. To prevent this, Rubisel ensures members have access to personal training, group classes, and InBody scans included in their membership. These tools help track progress, create effective fitness plans, and reinforce proper form to reduce the risk of injury. Through leadership, structure, and genuine care, Rubisel creates an environment where members feel confident, supported, and empowered to succeed from day one.

Meet Eddy Miranda, a Club Ambassador at HiTone Fitness in Concord, whose love for working out naturally led him into the fitness world. For Eddy, the gym is a space where he can support others and help them take the first steps toward a healthier lifestyle. “I joined the fitness world because I genuinely love to work out and help people,” Eddy shares. Fitness has positively impacted Eddy’s life by helping him improve his overall lifestyle, both physically and mentally. Because of this, he understands that many members feel overwhelmed when they first start, often unsure of where to begin. To help members move past that uncertainty, Eddy focuses on connecting them with the right support. “I refer members to a coach who can guide them and help them get started the right way,” he explains. Through his friendly approach and commitment to member care, Eddy helps ensure that no one at HiTone Fitness ever feels lost or unsupported.

Meet Andrea Penland, a dedicated Personal Trainer at HiTone Fitness in Concord, whose journey into fitness is deeply rooted in personal transformation. Meet Matt Alston, a dedicated Personal Trainer at HiTone Fitness in Concord, NC, who is driven by a passion for helping others build confidence and improve their health. Matt entered the fitness industry after recognizing how many people struggle with self-belief and physical well-being. “I wanted to be someone who could guide and motivate others,” Matt shares. “Helping people build strength, both physically and mentally, is what drives me.” Fitness has been life-changing for Matt personally, teaching him discipline, focus, and resilience. “Fitness showed me what I’m capable of,” he reflects. “Now I get to help others discover that for themselves.” Matt understands that consistency is one of the biggest hurdles members face. Many start motivated but struggle to maintain habits long enough to see meaningful results. To combat this, his coaching approach blends accountability with education. “I make sure my clients understand why they’re doing each exercise, track their progress, and stay consistent,” he explains. By turning effort into structured, measurable progress, Matt helps members achieve results that last well beyond the gym.
