Strength classes (aka FormLab Foundations) are available at the following locations:
Group strength training is a coach-led workout that helps you build strength. Each class follows a structured program, with your coach guiding you through the session and making sure everyone stays on track.
You’ll learn proper lifting technique, improve your form, and gradually increase the weight as you get stronger. Your coach will help you progress at the right pace while motivating you to keep challenging yourself from one workout to the next.
Everyone can benefit from group strength training. Whether you’re looking to get in better shape or simply want a workout that helps you stay active.
At HiTone Fitness, we keep our strength classes small so every member gets guidance from the coach. Smaller groups mean you can ask questions and get feedback on your form.
Every class starts with a warm-up. You’ll then move into the main training session, which follows a structured plan for the day. Depending on the schedule, you might focus on your upper body, lower body, or a full-body workout.
At the end of the class, you’ll finish with a cool-down to help your body recover better
